The All In One is our Lipo Mino shot. It is our best-selling item at Purifi IV and for good reason. This shot boosts energy, immunity, and metabolism. If you are looking for weight loss, the B vitamins and amino acids in this injection optimize your cells for losing weight.
Ingredients: Pyridoxine (B6), Methionine, Inositol, Choline, Hydroxocobalamin (B12), Thaimine (B1), Riboflavin (B2)
*Do not take if you have a known sulfa allergy. (The Fat Burner shot is a good alternative for clients with sulfa allergies.)

How Our Medical Weight Loss Program Works
At Purifi IV in Suwanee we run medically managed weight loss with real lab work, close monitoring, and a plan built around you. Our team brings ER and clinical experience and a realistic, supportive approach. No crash diets, no overnight promises.
It starts with an initial consult to review your history, your goals, and your current medications.
From there we run baseline labs to check metabolic, liver, kidney, and hormone markers as appropriate. If you already have recent labs from somewhere else, we are happy to review those instead.
Then we build a customized plan. Depending on your goals and your medical evaluation, that may include GLP-1 medications, lifestyle guidance, and IV support.
After that you have ongoing follow ups, either virtual or in clinic, so we can adjust dosing, keep an eye on side effects, and track how things are going.
