  1. Allergies – Seasonal allergies, specific exposure, new onset, acute or chronic

  2. Arthritis – Osteoarthritis, age-related and degenerative

  3. Asthma – Mild acute asthma exacerbations, chronic asthma management, and inhaler Rx refills

  4. Back and Neck Pain – Strain, muscle spasms, and overuse syndrome

  5. Bronchitis

  6. Cold Symptoms – Colds, URI, flu, allergy symptoms

  7. Cuts and Scrapes

  8. Ear Exams

  9. Earaches – Otitis media, otitis externa, earwax (cerumen), eczema of the ear canal, and cellulitis

  10. Excused Absences – Work, school notes, and activity restrictions

  11. Eye Infection – Uncomplicated ‘pink eye’ (viral conjunctivitis), uncomplicated bacterial infections, and simple corneal abrasions

  12. General Exams for Acute Illnesses/Wellness Exams

  13. Headaches – Uncomplicated, chronic migraines, and neck/scalp muscle tension

  14. Injuries – Sprains, strains, contusions, and bruises

  15. Medication Refills – Medication (Rx) refills for chronic, well-controlled medical conditions: hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes (pills only)

  16. Minor Burns

  17. Outpatient Testing Orders – Outpatient orders for lab testing and imaging (e.g., X-rays)

  18. Sinus Infection – Sinusitis and allergic rhinitis

  19. Sinus Infections

  20. Skin Conditions – Rashes, allergies, poison ivy (contact dermatitis), eczema, cellulitis, and infections (bacterial, yeast, or viral)

  21. Sore Throat – Strep throat, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and viral infections (mononucleosis)

  22. Stomach Bugs – Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

  23. Urinary System – UTIs, urethritis, yeast infections, prostatitis (men), BPH (men)

  24. Wounds – Abrasions, gouges, minor lacerations, mild punctures, and minor burns

We Will Not See Or Evaluate Conditions Or Symptoms Considered Emergencies- We Will Instruct You To Go To The ER:

Emergency Situations & Severe Medical Conditions – Call 911 immediately.

  1. Chest Pain or Palpitations – Angina, heart attack (MI), or arrhythmias.

  2. Severe Breathing Issues – Asthma attacks, COPD exacerbation, or low oxygen levels.

  3. Uncontrolled Medical Conditions – Severe diabetes, hypertension, swelling, or pain.

  4. Neurological Emergencies – Stroke symptoms, confusion, paralysis, or sudden severe headaches.

  5. Seizures or Fainting (Syncope) – Loss of consciousness or unexplained blackouts.

  6. Severe Abdominal Issues – Intense pain, vomiting, or gastrointestinal bleeding.

  7. Severe Allergic Reactions – Breathing difficulties, swelling (angioedema), or anaphylaxis.

  8. Pregnancy Concerns – Suspected pregnancy complications, ectopic pregnancy, or miscarriage.

  9. Major Trauma or Head Injuries – Falls, loss of consciousness, or confusion.

  10. Severe Infections or Wounds – Infected wounds or embedded foreign objects.

  11. Vision Loss or Sudden Changes in Vision – Any rapid or unexplained visual disturbances.

  12. Psychiatric Emergencies – Suicidal/homicidal thoughts, overdose, or severe mood disorders.

  13. Substance Abuse & Addiction – Alcohol or drug dependency issues.

  14. Controlled Substances & Pain Management – Telemedicine cannot prescribe narcotics or manage chronic pain.

  15. Cancer-Related Conditions – Specialized care required.

  16. STIs with Active Symptoms – Genitourinary symptoms requiring in-person evaluation.

  17. Major Bleeding or Hemorrhage – Heavy or uncontrolled bleeding.

Pricing

Option 1: Retainer

Pay Annual retainer for cheaper visits throughout the year

Annual retainer: $200

Each visit after Retainer payment: $60 per each telehealth visit

Option 2: Pay As You Go

Pay as needed: No retainer fee, pay $99 per each telehealth visit

Option 3 (coming soon): Insurance Provider

Process through Insurance provider, insurance processed each visit

Option 4: Complete Annual Payment

One time annual payment of $2,500.

Only plan for unlimited access to our providers and unlimited Telehealth visits. Includes Box of supplies to help with Telehealth visits (thermometer, blood pressure cuff, digital otoscope).
