Eligibility
Select Purifi Aesthetics skin health packages may qualify for up to $1,000 in aesthetics-only store credit upon full program completion. Participation is optional and subject to approval.

How to Earn Store Credit
To qualify for store credit, participants must:

  • Complete all services included in the purchased package within the outlined program timeline

  • Attend all required follow-up visits (typically within 2 weeks of scheduled treatments)

  • Provide consent for the use of before-and-after photos for education and marketing purposes

  • Share 2–3 social media posts or stories documenting their experience and tag @Purifi_iv

  • Complete a brief post-treatment feedback form

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit is capped at $1,000 per participant

  • Store credit is aesthetics-only and may be applied toward future aesthetic services or skincare

  • Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser

  • Store credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for refunds

  • Store credit may not be applied to IV hydration, vitamin injections, GLP-1/GLP-2 programs, or medications

Important Notes

  • Store credit is issued only after all requirements are fully met

  • Failure to complete any requirement voids eligibility for store credit

  • Redemption timing and application of credit are managed by Purifi IV

  • Promotion availability is limited and may be modified or discontinued at any time
