The video below walks through how to give the injection safely, including how to lay out your materials, where to inject, how to rotate injection sites, and how to store and dispose of everything properly. Think of it as a refresher you can come back to between visits. It is not a substitute for the training you get from our team in person.

Before You Start at Home

Every client on a home injection plan is evaluated and trained by one of our providers first. At that visit we go over your dose, your technique, and what to watch for. If you have not had that conversation with us yet, please do not start on your own. Call us and we will get you on the schedule.

If Something Does Not Look or Feel Right

If you are unsure about a dose, if you miss a week, or if anything looks different from what you were shown, stop and call us at 213-515-6396 before your next injection. We would much rather answer a quick question than have you guess.

For anything severe or urgent, that is an emergency room visit rather than a phone call to us.

Administering at home is one piece of how we support clients through medical weight loss. You will still have regular follow ups with our team to review how things are going, adjust your plan when appropriate, and repeat labs as needed.
